Tiramisu (Fortified Recipe for Care Homes)
- 600ml Millac Gold, whipped
- 600ml Roselle Chocolate Dessert Whip (or similar product), prepared according to the directions with 400ml Millac Gold and 200ml water
- 22cm x 22cm plain sponge cake, approximately 3cm deep
- 100ml black coffee, sweetened
- cocoa powder to garnish
Place the sponge in the base of a serving dish, and cut into 10 portions.
Pour the sweetened coffee over the sponge and leave to soak.
Prepare the Roselle Chocolate Whip (or similar product) and place in a piping bag.
Pipe the Roselle Chocolate Whip (or similar product) onto the sponge.
Whip the Millac Gold until it is three times its volume and place in a piping bag.
Pipe the Millac Gold on top and dust with cocoa powder.
Chill before serving.
